Mr Tan Say Theam is the founder and Executive Chairman of Thong Sin Group. He has over 30 years of experience in housing development, construction, manufacturing and financing. He is responsible for overseeing the Group・s property development and all construction projects. With his indepth knowledge and vast experience, he is active in providing advice and guidance to our Group, which he has successfully built up into one of the more prominent property development company. |

| Mdm.Nyoh Ah Ji is the co-founder and director of Thong Sin Group. Mdm Nyoh Is well versed with all the operations and her management style encompasses a very hand on approach. She currently oversees the Group・s property management and administration. At the same time she ensure a strict cost control within the operation of the Group, a role where she in able to leverage upon her experience of over 20 years in the industry. |

| Mr Tan Kee Chin (KC) is the managing director of Thong Sin Group. He graduated from London with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He joined our group since 1987. He is responsible for overseeing the Group・s financial affairs, property development, construction and property management. |

TAN KEE SENG |
| Mr. Tan Kee Seng (KS) is the director of Thong Sin Group. He graduated with a Honours degree in LLB (Law) from the London school of Economics. He was a practising lawyer and operated his own legal firm under the name of M/S Tan & Partners before becoming an active director of our group in Year 2002. He currently oversees the Group・s property management, administration, hospitality business as well as its sales and marketing. |
