Thong Sin Group is a reputable and progressive property investor and contractor in Malaysia.

Having started out in the 1970s, we have since diversified extensively into property development, construction and hotel.

With over 37 years of solid experience in quality constructions and services, we are now one of Malaysia’s premier corporation, focusing on residential properties.

In conjunction, with our expansionary exercise, we have also diversified extensively into hospitality business which are service apartment and hotels.

We have been prudent in our financial management where the emphasis has never been conservative but rather carefully considered opportunities in seizing new business initiatives.

Thong Sin currently employs a large group of seasoned professionals who are supported by a core of dedicated staff who are well qualified, versatile and result oriented.

Our management and dedicated team of experienced staff are well-positioned to give the company a competitive edge in our operations.

In our over three decades of operation, we have clearly distinguished ourselves through our involvement in the operation of hospitality business with the opening of our first service apartment in Batu Uban, Penang, which is known as Century Bay Service Suite in February 1999.

In year 2002, we opened up another service-apartment, namely Century Suria in Langkawi and a Hotel/Resort known as Century Pines in Cameron Highlands. Century Pines Resort’s new wing was opened in February, 2005.

Todate (June 2007), we have successfully completed development properties with a market value of about RM285 million.
